Hershey
Engle Homes of Southwest Florida has appointed Bruce J Hershey, II Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Hershey will be responsible for overseeing the Southwest Florida division sales staff and marketing activities. Prior to joining Engle Homes, Hershey worked as the Vice President of Corporate Sales and Marketing for the Palm Beach Gardensbased EH Building Group, the Director of Sales and Marketing for KB Homes and the Florida Everblades Hockey Team.

Kelly Jean Boyle has joined Rolsafe International as a territory manager. She will be responsible for overseeing the sales of hurricane shutters to Lee County residents and businesses and for ensuring customer satisfaction.

Originally from Orlando, Boyle previously worked as a customer relations manager for a nationally known homebuilder and is experienced in sales and community relations. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida.

Rolsafe International LLC, based in Fort Myers, is Southwest Florida's premier manufacturer of roll-down, accordion, Bahama and colonial storm-protection shutters.

Wilson
Stephen Wilson has joined First Community Bank of Southwest Florida as Vice President and Branch Manager, announced President and Chief Operating Officer David Hall.

A Cape Coral resident since 2001, Wilson has more than 14 years of banking experience as a commercial and retail lender and manager. Wilson will be based at First Community Bank's branch office at 5200 Daniels Parkway in Fort Myers.

Colin LeSage has joined FineMark National Bank & Trust as a relationship banker. In this position, he is responsible for opening and maintaining client accounts.

LeSage has six years experience in the banking industry, most recently as a personal banker for another Florida bank. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Florida State University and is currently pursuing a master's degree in business administration at Florida Gulf Coast University.
