Home buying workshop at library

If you have been dreaming about owning your own home but do not know where to start, Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Central Florida and the Florida Gulf Coast, Inc. is ready to turn that dream into a reality.

On Saturday, June 9, from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., CCCS is offering the First Time Home Buyers Workshop as an integral part of its Housing Counseling Services, covering the following topics:

Determining the price of home you can afford

Down payment and closing cost assistance

+ Pre-qualifying vs. Pre-approval + Shopping for interest rates + Closing on a home loan + Qualifying for a mortgage loan + Free financial counseling

+ Additional home buying related topics

The First Time Home Buyers Workshops is located at Lee County Public Library, 2050 Central Avenue, Ft. Myers. To make a required reservation, please call 1-800- 741-7040 and select option 4. Please note that childcare is not provided during the workshops.
