Fletcher-Smith

The Gulf Coast Humane Society, providing humane care for surrendered animals in Southwest Florida, announced that Amy Fletcher-Smith has been elected to the organization's board of directors. Smith is director of marketing for the Bonita Bay Group communities of Sandoval and Murphy's Landing. She is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in communications and a Bachelor of Arts in English, creative writing.

Ryan G. Benson, vice president of construction for Vision Homes USA, was recently appointed to the Canterbury School Board of Trustees. Benson, a 1999 graduate of Canterbury School, will serve as the board's alumni representative. Benson is also the president of the Canterbury Alumni Association. Vision Homes USA is a Fort Myers-based homebuilder, building affordable and moveup homes throughout Southwest Florida.
