Taylor-Pansing, Inc has completed construction of the Sleep Disorder Center of Estero. The tenant build-out in the Estero Medical Building was designed by Burt Hill / Pollock Krieg Architects Inc. The build-out included four fully furnished and individually decorated bedrooms to allow the patients utmost comfort and relaxation, and marble counter tops in the bathrooms, and in the reception area. The project manager was Ron Fuhrman, and the superintendent was Bryan Browning.

Brooks & Freund has been awarded a contract to build a new three-story office building for Riverside Bank at 7331 College Parkway.

The project includes construction of a 39,874-square-foot building, with 6,963 square feet planned for Riverside Bank. The bank will feature four drive-thru service lanes including one with ATM access and will be the 10th bank office location for Riverside. The balance of the space within the building will be leased as general office and professional space.

Eric Brooks of Brooks & Freund is the project manager, and Tom Payne is the job superintendent. Avalon Engineering provided architectural design services. Construction is expected to be complete in February 2008.

Paul Homes has donated $1,500 to help the Lee Building Industry Association Builders Care program provide free home repair services to disadvantaged Lee County residents.

"Builders Care is very grateful for the support of Paul Homes,'' said Wayne Morosco, Builders Care executive director. "Their donation allows us to continue providing emergency home repairs for residents of our community who are living in unsafe conditions and in need of help."

Builders Care is the nonprofit charitable arm of the Lee BIA. Its objective is to provide emergency repairs and construction services to elderly, disabled and economically disadvantaged people who are unable to obtain home repairs through traditional means. Donations can be made to the Builders Care general fund at any Colonial Bank. More information is available by calling 938-0056.

Bonita Springs-based Heatherwood Construction has completed construction of the offices of Raven Logistics at Galleria Court in Naples.

The 3,000-square-foot interior build-out includes six offices and will serve as the corporate headquarters for Raven Logistics, an international freight management company, specializing in forest industry products. The company is relocating its corporate headquarters from Michigan.

Hector Vidal of Heatherwood Construction served as senior project manager, and Greg Little served as job superintendent. Design Group West provided interior design services.

Eagle Concrete Systems has begun concrete work on the Springs Plaza Shopping Center at 8951 Bonita Beach Road.

Eagle Concrete is completing all structural concrete and masonry systems for the second phase of the shopping center, using concrete block construction. The new building will include 5,600 feet of retail space. The project is scheduled for completion in fall 2007.

Saltz Michelson Architects designed the building. J. Raymond Construction Corp. is the general contractor. Bobby Vetri of Eagle Concrete Systems is the project executive, and Alonso Castillo is project superintendent.

Custom homebuilder Frey & Son Homes now offers remodeling and design services for luxury estate homes. Drawing on 35 years of homebuilding experience, experts in its new division, Remodeling Solutions by Frey, oversee the entire home renovation process.
