Orthopedic Centers of Florida, PA purchased a 21,29 square-foot medical office condominium in the Southwest Capital Building at 8540 College Parkway from Creekside Partners, LLC for $4,900,000. The orthopedic group will expand into the new location to better serve their growing medical practice. Gary Tasman and Scott Robertson of Cushman & Wakefield in Fort Myers negotiated the transaction.
