Lee Memorial holding classes for people with heart problems

Lee Congestive Heart Failure Care is holding free education series open to any community member who has been diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure or who has a loved one with this condition.

Beginning in September, a different topic will be discussed each month and may include, but not be limited to, the following:

· What is Heart Failure? · Nutrition for a Health Heart · Red Warning Flags for CHF · Who should be on your CHF Team?

· Managing the Medication Maze

Classes will be held at HealthPark Medical Center in Room 1A from 11 a.m. to noon on the following dates: Sept. 13, Dec. 13, Oct. 11, Jan. 10, Nov. 8, and Feb. 14. Registration is not necessary. Call 573-5725 for more information.
