Tony Marino, owner of The Marino Group, Inc. announced his continuing affiliation with the Advisory Board of the Parkinson Association of Southwest Florida. "I believe in the mission and purpose of the Parkinson Association of Southwest Florida and I try to get involved with deserving and dedicated organizations whenever I can. I am very pleased to be associated with them again this year. It is organizations like this one that help our area be one of the best areas of the country to live in," said Marino.

Lee County Emergency Medical Services MEDSTARs Jim Pettit of Cape Coral successfully completed the flight paramedic examination administered by the Board for Critical Care Transport Paramedic Certification. The flight paramedic certification process is focused on the knowledge level of accomplished, experienced paramedics currently associated with flight and critical care transport teams. Pettit joins four other MEDSTAR personnel: Donna Jordan, Jude Farley, Michael Hamel and Dominick Watts, who attained their FP-C earlier this year. n
