SWAFS to offer counseling services
Southwest Florida Addiction Services will begin offering counseling services one day a week, beginning Tuesday, Sept. 11, at the Estero United Way House.
Assessments and group treatment will be offered for adults from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesdays. Officials said additional sessions will be offered if needed.
"The Estero/Bonita Springs area is growing and the need for our services is growing, too," said Diane Clayton, director of SWFAS adult outpatient services.
Last year the organization provided services to 121 people from Bonita Springs and an additional 43 people from Estero.
The Estero United Way House is located at 20658 Highland Ave., Estero.
