his lifetime achievements. Parker won the award during the AIA Florida Southwest Design Conference 2007, held at the Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club, last month. Parker was recognized for his professional leadership and design excellence for more than 40 years in Southwest Florida and his devotion to developing an appropriate, ver- nacularly influenced architecture which is unique to each site and setting throughout the region, among other things. The Florida Southwest Association of the A.I.A. serves Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Hendry and Glades counties. |
