The Sands Commercial Group with VIP Commercial TCN Worldwide announced the following transactions:
TLC Properties, LLC have sold a 34,365 square-foot Gladiolus Drive site at 7122 and 7132 Congdon Road, Fort Myers to CCSC, Inc. The purchase price was $200,000. Paul Sands and Mike Doyle of the Sands Commercial Group with VIP Commercial TCN Worldwide represented the seller and buyer.
Colliers Arnold Commercial Real Estate Services reported the following local transactions:
Bateman Property Investment LLC purchased a 2.06 acre parcel of industrial land, located at 3260 Cargo Street, Fort Myers, from V V Ventures, LLC for $525,000. Jim Garinger and Andrew Falde of Colliers Arnold represented the buyer. Pam Van Vleck of VIP Commercial - TCN Worldwide represented the seller.
Tuesday Morning leased 6,933 square feet of retail space in Murdock Plaza, located at 1700 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte, from S. K. Properties. Karl T. Lippek of Colliers Arnold represented the landlord. Nancy Criswell of Melville & Associates represented the tenant.

Shell Point Opens New Model
Shell Point Retirement Community recently opened its latest model in the community's new neighborhood of Eagles Preserve at Shell Point.
Shell Point hired local interior decorator Candace Brocato-Carlson, of CB Design Studio, to design the interior of the residence, which features an eclectic theme with a tropical twist.
This traditional one-bedroom with den is located on the first floor of the Egret building in Eagles Preserve and overlooks the 13th fairway of the Shell Point Golf Club. In addition to the fairway and lake views of the golf course, a buffer of native trees and landscaping provides the real tropical look that influenced the design of the home.

Gates D'Alessandro & Woodyard held a ground breaking ceremony on Thursday, Oct. 18 for the new Daniels Commons Office Park located on Daniels Commons Drive in Fort Myers.
With occupancy scheduled for Summer 2008, the professional office park is situated on 5-acres just off Daniels Parkway and will include four uniquely distinct one and twostory office buildings. Mark McCleary and Glenn Cribbett are developing the professional office park and Greg Goertler is the architect.
Daniels Commons will boast two onestory office buildings of 11,025 square feet with one zoned as a medical building that can be divided into smaller offices. "Our second one-story office building is our Signature Building and is ideal for a corporate headquarters," noted Steve Wood, Transaction Specialist with Gates D'Alessandro & Woodyard.
For the small business owners, Daniels Commons will offer a two-story building with fully built-out, turnkey office condos as well as second-floor package options. "This will allow small businesses office space options starting at 596 square feet and the ability to get their businesses up and running right away," added Wood.
