Rex Budd to Southwest Florida south zone operations general superintendent. Within OAK, a general superintendent functions as senior manager in oversight of multiple projects to ensure timely completion, safe operations, quality achievement and adherence to budget. Conran was formally the south zone general superintendent. He has been employed at OAK since 1996. Conran is an OAK shareholder. Budd has been with OAK since 2005, when he joined the Florida operations as superintendent on the Marco Marriott Resort and Spa multi-year renovations. Before joining OAK, Budd owned his own custom home construction company in Georgia.

Budd
