TLC Children's Home announced the addition of Ruth M. Wilburn as director of public relations and development. Wilburn has a strong public relations background and a heart for the TLC mission and its children. Wilburn comes to TLC from Goodwill where she served as director of public relations and Florida's BloodCenters where she served as a donor development coordinator in both Lee and Brevard counties. The "Tender Loving Care" Complex, Inc. is a not-for-profit agency founded to allow children of families with large sibling groups to remain together when the unfortunate situation arises that cause children to be separated from their parents. TLC houses children, birth to maturity from Southwest Florida and across the nation caught in situations of neglect, hard times, and abandonment by one or both parents, offering them the opportunity to come to us for the love and nurturing they so greatly need and deserve.
