LandQwest Commercial announced the addition of three new associates:

Lahaie

Eric Lahaie is a Commercial Real Estate Sales, Leasing and Investment Specialist who assists property

owners complete successful sale and/or lease transactions by providing extensive market knowledge, contract and lease negotiations, marketing and financial analysis. Lahaie is active in the commercial brokerage community as a member of Commercial Investment Professionals of SWFL. In 2005 and 2006, Lahaie served as the Secretary of CIP and currently serves as the President Elect. Eric will serve as CIP President in 2008. He is also a candidate for the CCIM designation.

Jennifer L. Horne, CCIM has more than 16 years of marketing experience and has worked in commercial real estate in South- west Florida since 1999. She specializes in retail site selection, leasing, land acquisition and investment property sales. Prior to joining LandQwest, Horne worked for a commercial developer handling leasing and outparcel sales. She currently serves as secretary for the Southwest Florida CCIM Chapter and is a CCIM designee.

Mary Beth Cangiano has worked in the local commercial industry since 2004. She specializes in office leasing, but also has experience in retail and industrial leasing. Cangiano is a member of the Commercial Investment Professionals and a candidate for membership in the Building Owners and Managers Association.
