Kevin D. Ostrowsky has been appointed to the Horizon Council by Airports Special Management Committee Chair Robert Taylor. Ostrowsky, vice president of Insurance Services and Business Development Officer for Riverside Bank of the Gulf Coast, is a member of the Lee County Port Authority Airports Special Management Committee. This committee advises the Lee County Board of Port Commissioners on policy matters pertaining to Southwest Florida International Airport and Page Field General Aviation Airport. The Horizon Council, established in 1991, is the advisory board to the county commission on economic development matters in Lee County. The Lee County Port Authority Airports Special Management Committee has representation on the Horizon Council because airport growth and expansion contribute significantly to economic development in the community and the region.
