Pool underway at the Village Center At Paseo
Stock Development has begun construction on the resort-style pool amenities for the 26,000 square foot Village Center at Paseo, a master-planned community in South Fort Myers.
The pool amenities sit on a peninsular lakefront site surrounded on three sides by water. The free-form pool will include elaborate waterfalls and rockscapes as well as a poolside gazebo serving refreshments. Adjacent to the main pool is a large spa and a fitnessoriented lap pool and a beach volleyball court. The richly landscaped sundeck will include not only custom-designed furnishings, but also large tent cabanas for use by residents.
The two-story Village Center Clubhouse complex is the epicenter of the community. Amenities include a fullservice concierge, a bistro, an ice cream parlor, a pub, an internet café and a coffee shop, as well as spa services and a theatre with a projection room and comfortable elevated seating.
Already open at the The Village Center are the tennis center with six tennis courts, a fishing pier, bocce ball and a basketball court.
Paseo is a private, gated 444-acre community surrounded by the pristine environment of the Six Mile Cypress Slough. Paseo offers a blend of inspired residences, all a stroll away from the Paseo Village Center.
The community features a variety of multi-family and single-family residences by Stock Construction priced from the $300s. Furnished models of all home designs are open. Flats and town homes, including two- and three-story designs, are available in 14 floor plans with two, three and four bedrooms and two baths.
