Taylor-Pansing completes commercial projects

North Fort Myers-based commercial general contractor Taylor-Pansing, Inc. announced the following projects:

• The company has begun construction for the Gulf Coast Information Project, designed by Gora McGahey Associates in Architecture. The site is located in units 10 & 11 of the Lighthouse Plaza at 728 Pine Island Rd. The 2,879 square-foot tenant build out will be used as a centralized sales center for home interior outfitting specifically geared towards retirees. The project manager is Ron Fuhrman and the superintendent is Michael Fricke.

• Taylor-Pansing has begun construction for the Regions Bank Remodel Project, formerly the AmSouth Bank, designed by BDG Architects. The site is located at 13520 N. Cleveland Ave. in N. Fort Myers. The project will consist of an interior renovation with an upgrade of existing facilities. The project manager is Jeff Shinkman, and the superintendent is Raul Rodriguez. The project is scheduled for completion early February 2008.

• The firm has also completed construction of Phase II of the MarMas Professional Building designed by Gora McGahey Associates in Architecture. The work consisted of converting the shell building to individual Interior tenant buildouts. Taylor Pansing, Inc. also constructed Phase I of the two-story MarMas Professional Building shell, which was completed earlier this year. The site is located on 15671 San Carlos Blvd. The building consists of 11,900 square feet, with 12 possible tenant spaces. The project manager was Ron Fuhrman, and the superintendent was Raul Rodriguez.
