Tarpon
Point Marina offers numerous marina and waterfront activities to the public,
such as fishing charters, guided tours, boat and slip rentals.
Tarpon Point Marina, a Cape Coral luxury waterfront community, provides a multitude of services to both the residents of Tarpon Point Marina and the community. The marina, which is located three miles from the Gulf of Mexico, offers the following services:
Charter trips- The 45' Corinthian catamaran, with optional catering and bar service, is available for corporate parties, sunset cruises and private outings to Southwest Florida barrier islands.
Boat rentals- Six boats are accessible for daily rentals, the Polar Bay, Hurricane Deck and a 22' Pontoon boat. No special license is required, however must have boating experience. Lessons are available.
Marina services- Tarpon Point Marina provides full preventative maintenance, specializing in large motor yachts, and boating instruction including docking, boating maneuver skills, anchoring and chart instruction.
Eco-Tours- Guided-tours are available through the mangroves and nature canals, creating opportunities to observe the wildlife native to Southwest Florida.
Marina back bay fishing- Tarpon Point Marina provides private charters on shallow water boats ideal for catching trout, redfish, snapper and snook. Fishing poles, tackle, and licenses are provided. The captain will filet fish at the end of the day.
Tarpon fishing- Catch 50-150 lb. tarpon in season on a private charter. Fishing poles, licenses and tackle are included.
Additionally, Tarpon Point Marina has premium dock slips available for rent. Slip rates include water, pump-outs and fuel discounts, as well as the amenities of Tarpon Point Marina, including the swimming pool, Ship's store, Captain's Lounge and Social Pavilion.
The marina is part of Tarpon Point Marina, a Grosse Pointe Development community, offering coach homes, luxury, single-family homes and high-rise and mid-rise condominiums with waterfront access. Construction has started on Tarpon Point Marina on MarinaVillage, a high-rise hotel/condominium that will include a waterfront promenade with retail shopping, salon and spa services, fine dining and banquet facilities.
