Osteoporosis exercise program set

The Lee Center for Rehab and Wellness is offering an eight-week Osteoporosis Exercise Program. Classes will meet once a week for an hour and will include a lecture and specific exercises for posture, stability, strength and balance. Participants will also be granted unrestricted access to the Wellness Center during this time so that they may put into practice the exercises they have learned.

The program will begin on Saturday, Jan. 12 and runs through Saturday, March 1. Classes are held from 9 to 10 a.m. The Wellness Center is located at 2070 Carrell Road, Fort Myers. Cost for the program is $150.00.
