Paseo offers new home designs and lower prices

With the announcement of new pricing and the introduction of two new single-family products this week, Paseo in South Fort Myers is taking shape as one of the most exciting new communities in Lee County.

Prices starting from the $170s, make the development's top-flight lifestyle even more affordable for homebuyers, said Anthony Lucas, Vice President of Sales for Paseo.

"The resort-style pool amenities sit on a peninsular lakefront site surrounded on three sides by water," said Lucas. "The free-form pool will include elaborate waterfalls and rockscapes, as well as a poolside gazebo serving refreshments."

Adjacent to the main pool is a large spa, a fitness-oriented lap pool and a children's water playground. The richly landscaped sundeck will include not only custom-designed furnishings, but also large tent cabanas for use by residents.

Already open at the The Village Center are the tennis center with six Har-Tru tennis courts, a fishing pier, four bocce ball courts and a basketball court. Two additional pool complexes are also open in the townhome courtyards.

Flats and town homes, including two and three-story designs, are available in 14 floor plans with two, three and four bedrooms and two or three baths. These homes range from 1,227 to 2,084 square feet under air and include one and two car garages. The Signature and Master Series single-family homes are located in the beautiful Rosalinda and Provencia neighborhoods and feature sweeping views of the Six Mile Cypress Slough and surrounding lakes.

Two exciting new series of homes have just been released this week in the Mercato and Sarita neighborhoods.

The Heirloom Series at Mercato features six new floorplans priced from just $289,990. These single-story and two story homes are available in two and three bedroom designs ranging from 1,649 to 2,394 square feet under air. All offer attached two car garages and pool and spa options.
