Celebrity designer at Congress Jewelers
Award-winning jewelry designer Leslie Greene will visit Congress Jewelers on Sanibel Island March 7 and in Bonita Springs March 8, bringing pieces from her latest collections.
Greene will be at the Sanibel store in Periwinkle Place Friday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. and at the Bonita Springs store at 25555 South Tamiami Trail Saturday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
Greene draws inspiration from rare antiques, historical architecture and vintage designs and patterns, as well as the women who wear her jewelry. Her designs are worn by Sarah Jessica Parker, Hilary Swank, Kate Hudson, Teri Hatcher, Kristin Davis, Debra Messing, Paula Abdul and other celebrities, but she designs for every woman.
A graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, Greene was named 2006 designer of the year by International Jewelry Quorum magazine, published for the most exclusive jewelry retailers, designers and manufacturers worldwide.
