Designer Show House opens

The Naples Designer Show House, presenting "The Drama of Art and Design," will be open to the public until March 22, with proceeds benefiting the NAA and The Naples Players. The newly constructed Old Florida style house at 723 Mooring Line Drive has been decorated by 13 local interior designers and features works by 30 NAA artists. Most of the furnishings and art, as well as the house, are for sale.

Local artists have also painted colorful, one-of-a- kind outdoor umbrellas that will be sold through silent auction. After touring the 3,683-sq.-foot home, guests can enjoy gourmet but affordable lunch or snacks at the Ambrosia Café, catered by Angela's Fine Cuisine, and shop at the Tropical Treasures Gift Shop.

Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door. The Show House is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and from 1-5 p.m. on Sunday. Parking is available in the shopping plaza at the corner of Rt. 41 and Mooring Line Drive.
