GATES breaks ground on Naples Daily News headquarters
GATES Builders, Inc. has been selected to build the new, state-of-the-art office, printing and distribution facility for the Naples Daily News.

GATES competed with several other local firms in the competitive bid process over the course of one year, providing preconstruction services. GATES broke ground on the 186,503 square foot new printing and headquarters facility for the Naples Daily News this month. The facility will feature a state- of-the-art printing press. Construction will also include all 18 acre site work and utilities. Located on an 18-acre site on Immokalee Road in North Naples, this $30-$40 million project is expected to be completed in the summer of 2009. The project was designed by Dario Designs, Inc.
