COURTESY RENDERING Six Mile Corporate Park
developed on Six Mile Cypress Parkway, announces the leasing of 23,076 square feet of office space to Florida law firm Becker & Poliakoff. The firm will occupy the top floor of the two-story office building now under construction at the park, located midway between Colonial Boulevard and Daniels Parkway.

The building's classic architecture assures businesses of a strong, distinctive

presence on the parkway, while providing panoramic vistas of neighboring Six Mile Cypress Slough nature preserve. The prominent entry features a two-story arched window wall, flooding the entry lobby and grand staircase with natural light. Varied roof lines, Palladian windows, quoins, and tile accents are among the architectural details.

The building is structurally engineered to exceed building codes, with impact glass to withstand hurricanes, while integrating an extensive list of environmental and energy-saving features.

Becker & Poliakoff is a diverse commercial law firm with more than 125 attorneys practicing in offices throughout Florida, in New York City and Prague, Czech Republic, plus affiliated offices around the world. The Fort Myers office includes 45 attorneys and professional staff, who assist clients in the areas of Community Association Law, Construction & Commercial Litigation, Real Estate, Corporate & Business law.

Development of the 8.09 acre corporate office park on Six Mile Cypress Parkway also includes construction of the eastern portion of Crystal Drive, which will eventually provide direct access to Metro Parkway and U.S. 41. Plans include two sites for individual office buildings, both fronting directly on Six Mile Cypress Parkway.

Financing is arranged with Busey Bank. Sheeley Architects is providing architectural design, with civil engineering by Jeppesen Engineering Corporation. Florida Lifestyle Homes is the general contractor and will oversee the entire project, from site development through custom interior build-outs.
