Brad Kiraly has been named salesperson of the month for February at
Verandah, the 1,456-acre masterplanned community being developed by Bonita Bay Group along a 1.75-mile stretch of the Orange River in Fort Myers. Kiraly, who has 22 years of on-site sales experience including 18 years in Southwest Florida, has sold more than 1,000 homes in his career and has consistently been recognized as a top sales producer. He is a licensed Florida real estate broker and has received designation as a Certified Site Professional.
Dennis Church, vice president of planning for Bonita Bay Group, was a featured speaker at a workshop presented by the American Planning Association-Florida Promised Lands Section and the American Institute of Architects. The Feb. 20 green building and sustainable development workshop was titled "It's Easy Being Green" and took place at Hodges University in Naples. Church's presentation focused on the principles of green building, sustainability from the large-scale developer perspective and design to support green development and building goals Bonita Bay Group uses in the development of its master-planned communities, including Verandah, the first community in the state to be certified as a Green Land Development by the Florida Green Building Coalition.
