Jennifer Cave-Smith, President, JCS Training & Consulting Services recently conducted a two day workshop for the Water and Sewage Authority of Trinidad & Tobago entitled, "Making an Impact with Presentations and Training." The interactive workshop provided an opportunity for participants to improve their presentation skills and become more comfortable with public speaking. The two day program was attended by 18 employees at the TrainMar facility in Trinidad.
