Luxury villas being built in Mediterra

Landmark Development Group has commenced construction of two lakefront single-family villa homes at Mediterra, the 1,697-acre master-planned community created by Bonita Bay Group in North Naples. The Villa Amalfiand Villa Brescia are under construction in Terrazza, a neighborhood of 22 luxury detached villas, built exclusively by Landmark Development.

Both homes were designed by Randall E. Stofft Architects to capture the unique architecture of Tuscany and Mediterra, which has been created with the intimacy, charm and classical style of the Mediterranean region of Europe. The villas are expected to be completed during the summer of 2008.

The three-bedroom, three-and-onehalf bath Villa Amalfiwill have a library, formal dining and living rooms, a breakfast nook and a family room. A one-story home, the model will offer 3,925 square feet of living space and 5,368 total square feet, including covered patios off the family room and living room, one- and twocar garages and a covered entry.

The Villa Amalfiwill feature interior design by Landmark Design Group. It is expected to be priced at $2,395,000, fully furnished.

The Villa Brescia will have 4,772 square feet of living space within two floors. It will have four bedrooms, four and onehalf baths, including a separate guest suite and an entry courtyard with a pool.

The model will offer 6,120 total square feet, including a three-car garage, an outdoor entertainment area with fireplace, and summer kitchen, and a second-floor balcony. It will also have formal living and dining rooms, a library, great room, breakfast nook and a circular foyer with a barrel ceiling.

Landmark Design will complete the interior design of the Villa Brescia. The home is expected to be priced at $2,795,000, fully furnished.
