Gates Special Projects Division has successfully completed the 14,172 squarefoot interior demolition and remodel at the Richard Milburn Academy, a public charter high school, on Evans Avenue in Fort Myers. The building was completely renovated to include classrooms, cafeteria, administrative offices, and restrooms. The remodel also included the entire buildings mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems as well as a new fire sprinkler system. Gates delivered the project on budget and ahead of schedule. The project was designed by Architecture, Inc. of Fort Myers.
