Magazine votes B & I best to work for

B & I Contractors has been voted "The Best Contractor to Work For" based on a nationwide survey conducted by Plumbing and Mechanical Magazine. The winner was chosen based on employee responses reviewed by a panel of judges.

B & I president Gary Griffin attributed the award to "treating all employees fairly and with respect. We make a great effort to understand the needs of our employees."

In addition to a full selection of traditional benefits, B & I employees enjoy yearly holiday parties, annual "dunk the boss" events and company picnics. There are also monthly and annual recognition programs with cash rewards for employees at all levels.
