National Day of Prayer event May 1 in Estero
Christians gather at Estero Community Park on May 1 to honor the National Day of Prayer. The evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. with music provided by the Summit Church band and praise team.
The time of worship through prayer begins at 7 p.m. with the Presentation of Colors by the ROTC from Estero High School and the Pledge of Allegiance led by the local Brownie Troop. During the time of worship in prayer, local Pastors and leaders will focus on the urgent needs our country, in our community and in our families.
Everyone is invited. Bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy a wonderful evening of worship in the beautiful Estero Community Park. As a gift to the community, Interfaith Caregivers of South Lee, Inc. is the sponsor of this important day.
